This is a pure pleasure to use! The texture as a light buttery feel that doesn’t cling to drier areas and applies smoothly and excellent pigmented. It’s a creamy, lightweight texture that glides onto lips with very little effort. This is actually one of those formulas you can probably apply blindfolded. The color may have disappointed me but the formula did not. I was a bit disappointed when it arrived in the mail. I thought this would be a warm pink brown but to me it feels more like a warm plum.

There’s always a lesson learned when purchasing MAC anything based off the descriptions they give because it is almost always not what I expect.
I purchased MAC Love Me Lipstick in Bated Breath which is described as a warm pinkey brown. 50 cents more than the regular line of MAC Lipsticks which are the same size and $18.50. These new lipsticks come in a purple and black ombre barrel which holds 0.1 oz of lipstick for $19. I only purchased a single shade from the Love Me Lipstick Collection but I already know I’ll be going back for me as I’m really liking this formula. Plus, like many of you I’m just tried of the 24/7 matte reign of power. MAC released this new permanent range in 24 dufferent shades and the promise of a conditioning, moisturizing formula had me at hello because I have drier lips and I’m always looking for a nice hydrating lipstick formula. MAC Love Me Lipstick ($19) is a new permanent line of argan oil-infused lipstick with a silky, lightweight texture and a weightless finish.
